We provide comprehensive services related to inviting foreigners. We prepare and submit applications to the Voivode competent for the address or place of stay of the inviting person and we apply on his behalf to enter the invitation into the register of invitations.

The inviter could be:

• A Polish citizen residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland,
• A citizen of another European Union Member State, residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland and having the right of residence or the right of permanent residence in this territory,
• a foreigner residing legally and continuously for at least 5 years on the territory of the Republic of Poland before issuing the invitation or holding a permanent residence permit or a long-term resident's EU residence permit
• a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality established in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

The invitation entered in the register of invitations is valid for the period indicated therein, for which the inviting person invited the foreigner, not longer than 1 year.
