One of the documents required to apply for a temporary or permanent residence permit in Poland is an insurance policy confirming health insurance for foreigners. Foreigners staying on the territory of the Republic of Poland are required to take out health insurance with an insurance value of EUR 30,000 in order to obtain a residence card.
