Foreigners may apply for a temporary residence permit on the basis of family reunification, if they are family members:

• Polish citizens,
• foreigners living in Poland,
• residing legally in the territory of the Republic of Poland on the basis of permanent residence, long-term EU resident,
• holders of a temporary residence card for at least 2 years and immediately before submitting the application hold a card still valid for one year,
